About Us

It started with a simple question

Who taught men that feeling is weakness?

Men feel.
Men hurt.
Men just don’t say it out loud.

Manpeeth was born from the moments where men were told to be strong instead of being honest, we saw live experiences, conversations left unfinished, emotions swallowed whole. We exist to gently unlearn that.

VISION & MISSION

In a society where men are expected to endure silently, Manpeeth’s mission is to create spaces where men are allowed to pause, speak, and simply exist, and be themselves without judgment or labels.

We aim to normalize conversations around men’s mental and emotional health, build safe, peer-supported communities that feel human, not clinical, introduce professional support in ways that are approachable and non-intimidating and use culture, art, music, and everyday conversations as entry points to healing.

We believe mental health support doesn’t always begin in a therapy room.
Sometimes, it begins in a circle. Or over shared silence.

OUR STORY

Why Manpeeth?

The idea for Manpeeth came from observing a quiet but repetitive pattern, like when we saw men around us struggling, yet never asking for help. And it was not because they didn’t need it, but because they didn’t know where to go without being judged.

While awareness around mental health has grown, men still continue to remain underrepresented in help-seeking spaces. Stigma, fear, cost, and cultural conditioning still stand in the way.

Manpeeth began as a response to that gap, not as a solution that claims to “fix,” but as a space that listens first.

HOW WE STARTED

Manpeeth started small, through conversations, surveys, and community-driven events. Open mics, meet-and-greets, discussions, and creative spaces became our way of reaching men without forcing vulnerability.

As the community grew, so did the need for structure, ethics, and professional guidance. Certified psychologists and legal advisors became part of the journey, not to medicalize the space, but to ensure it remains safe, responsible, and supportive.

What began as an idea is now a growing ecosystem of community, care, and conversation.

OUR APPROACH

Manpeeth does not position itself as a mental health solution provider from day one.
We begin as a listener. A friend. A familiar presence.

Our approach blends community-led conversations, Gen Z and millennial cultural sensibilities, Research-backed mental health awareness and Ethical collaboration with professionals
Healing, for us, is relational before it is clinical.

The Manpeeth Team

The team working together to create safe, honest spaces for men’s mental well-being.
